Margot Escargot Maitre de Bouvier, also known as Dr. Bouvier, was an oversized orthopedic surgeon who lived in France during the early 1800s.

History

She was known as France's most notorious malpracticing orthopedic surgeon, and was also infamous for having "smashed Napolean's bone apart" during a routine physical exam.
