- Patty Bouvier — She almost married Veronica in "There's Something About Marrying". Her sexuality has been frequently hinted throughout the show's history. She may be bisexual as she had a relationship with Principal Skinner in "Principal Charming".
- John — he is homosexual and once had a relationship with Waylon Smithers.
- Karl
- Veronica — Patty's partner who almost married her.
- Grady - He's gay, lives in Springfield's Gay District.
- Julio - He's gay, lives in Springfield's Gay District.
- The Sea Captain — bisexual
Hinted to be Gay
- Waylon Smithers — Various scenes in the series hint he is gay and in love with Mr. Burns. Also once had a relationship with John.
- Duffman - Bisexual
- Lenny Leonard — Sometimes hinted as being attracted to Carl.
