Cornelius Talmadge is a resident of the Springfield Retirement Castle.
History
His family had brought him to the Retirement Castle on November 9, 1997, but he broke free and went on a bender. He returned on November 15, 1997, when Homer Simpson had been disguised as Talmadge while Apu pretended to be married to Marge.
