History
After Matilda heard that Ned was presumed dead she decided, with her husband Stu, to take care of Rod and Todd and move into his old house. Unlike Ned they like parties and forced Rod and Todd work as slaves.
Marge and Lisa didn't like how she treated the children and Lisa discovered that she's not a blood relative and has a rap sheet. But since she is not wanted any-more, it can take several trials and years before Rod and Todd become free.
