Waldo is a boy, he also have own series of pictures where you'll try to find him somewhere.

History

When Springfield was threatened by a comet he is seen in the Flanders' bomb shelter.[1] Later when Homer is trying to find a picture of him on a cereal box he walking past the Simpsons' kitchen window.[2]
