The Dutch policeman is a policeman from The Hague, The Netherlands. He takes Krusty in for his bad behavior in western Europe. He explains that the Nobel Peace Prize was a scam to get Krusty on a plane and that the Peace Prize One is actually known as the World Court Plane.
