History
Nick Callahan works at Red Blazer Realty. Nick famously sold the Whitman's place, the house Gil had been working on for twenty-one years. When Marge starts to work at the firm he bet she'd last a week.[1]
Nick offered to Homer and Marge a timeshift contract for The Yellow Lotus scamming them. Once on the island, ten years later, they find him and confront him. In the end, karma took revenge as he is killed by an otter.[2]
