After Bart made a $900 prank collect call to Australia, the government sent Conover to the Simpsons' to explain how Bart damaged Australian–American relations and how Bart could have repaired them. During his slideshow, he inadvertently showed a slide about a Plan B for Cuba and told the family to forget what they saw, before he swallowed the reversal film.
