Grifton Boozler is a rich homeless beggar in Springfield.
History
Homer saw a news report about the richest people in Springfield that Grifton Boozler, a homeless man, came in #245 and had a six figure salary. Homer then decided to become a beggar to also become rich. Homer annoyed the other beggars which led to one of them contacting Grifton Boozler. Grifton Boozler arrived and told Homer that he was making the other beggars uncomfortable, which was bad for business. He then gave Homer a stack of money to get him to stop begging.
