History
When Homer was asked to vote for the next Republican president nomination, he wanted to choose Christie. Christie was eating a lot of fattening foods at the time and started to choke, and said "save me Obamacare".
Behind the Laughter
Chris Christie is the real-life Governor of New Jersey. He mentions Obamacare, the nickname for the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act".
