Daniel "Dan" Clowes is an American author and cartoonist, best known for creating Ghost World.
History
Dan Clowes is seen signing autographs in Springfield's new comic store, Coolsville Comics & Toys, along with Alan Moore and Art Spiegelman. When Lisa approaches him to say she felt identified with the girls from Ghost World, Clowes asks her if she knows someone who works at Batman, as he designed some Batman's utility belts and was very keen to work there. Clowes also defends the store from the attack of Comic Book Guy.
