Dawn was a friend of Kirk during his separation period from Luann.
History
When the Simpson family planned to sell a painting they bought from the Van Houtens, Dawn claimed that Kirk had stolen it when they were friend with benefits during his separation period from Luann. Luann then became angry at Kirk because he had told her that he hadn't dated any women while they were divorced. Homer then traveled to Isla Verde to find out who really bought the painting and found out it was Kirk.[1]
Dawn he was seen in the audience for Tabitha Shingle's live recording of her podcast Interminable.[2]
