Character Information

Biff Westwood is a young rock star who looks like Bart Simpson.
History
When Bart and Lisa were at the Springfield Mall, she discovered that Westwood will visit the store Cee-Dee Cauldron in the mall. Lisa and Bart went to the crowd and started waiting on Westwood, and after two hours without Westwood arriving, the crowd started to become angry and Westwood's manager tries to calm them down. To get to the arcade as fast as possible, Bart dressed himself up as Westwood. When the girls saw him they started chasing him and ripped off his shorts. When Lisa discovered Bart was Westwood, Westwood's manager thanked Bart for the stunt trick as it saved his skin. The manager gave Bart and Lisa two tickets to the night's concert as a thanks. During the concert, Lisa told Bart that she will always remember what Bart did for her, then Bart asked her not to remind him of what he had done.[1]
His tour schedule included a visit to Springfield and when he come to the town he visited the Kwik-E-Mart while Bart was there and they found they look similar. They decided to swap lives before it's time for his TV concert. Biff stays with the Simpsons and does Bart's homework, making Marge proud that "Bart" did his homework voluntarily. Lisa is suspicious that Bart has changed and realizes the day after that Biff is Bart. Biff tells the truth to Lisa, who says that the concert on television is recorded today and not tomorrow when it is broadcast. Marge is forced to take "Bart" to the school where Principal Skinner suspects that "Bart" cheated on today's test, but during his visit to the school they realize that "Bart" is not cheating. Lisa then takes Biff to the TV studio where Bart is ready to sing and they can not reveal the bluff. Lisa and Biff decides that Biff will sing behind the scenes and get Bart to mime.[2]
