Jacques "Brunswick" is a bowling instructor who pursued an affair with Marge Simpson in "Life on the Fast Lane".
Marge, who was angry at Homer for giving her a bowling ball for her birthday, went bowling and met Jacques. Jacques immediately became infatuated with her and insisted that they get together. Although reluctant at first, Marge eventually joins him for brunch and he later invites her to his apartment. Marge is forced to choose between Jacques and Homer, and chooses Homer.
Surname
Since Marge's bowling ball is called 'Homer', as that was what was engraved on it, when she saw 'Brunswick' on Jacques' ball, she called him Mr. Brunswick, even though this is probably the make of the ball, and not Jacques' surname.

In the full opening sequence, Jacques is briefly seen as Bart skateboards down the street.
