Angry Dad is a fictional character from the series Angry Dad. He, and his actions, are based on Homer and the things he does, which Bart takes notes of. Angry Dad gets angry because of stupid things he does, the reason everyone loved him. Bart chose Dan Castellaneta to voice the character because the voice sound exactly as Homer's.
Castellaneta was unable to voice Angry Dad for the movie due to his voice going after shouting too much after he found out he wasn't getting paid for voicing Angry Dad first time round so Homer voices Angry Dad instead.
In comic strips that Angry Dad is a child he is called Angry Kid.
