Arnold Leach is the CPO and editor for the publisher of Radioactive Man, Boffo Comics.
History
Leach received the "Good Guy" award in recognition of his lifetime of service to the comic book industry. Days before the award ceremony he thought that they should kill Radioactive Man. This caused Bart, as Bartman, to try to persuade him not to kill the character through Morty Mann. They met before the ceremony, in which he called the audience "moronic little fanboy geeks". That conversation was recorded by Bartman and when Leach found that out, he changed his mind and let the character live.[1]
Bart showed The Oysterizer for Boffo Comics at the comic expo where they review peoples comics. They turned down his comic but created a cover on it called, The Pearl. After Boffo Comics stole Bart's The Oysterizer he visit Mr. Leach but they didn't let him meet him.
