Yuri Nator is a Russian business partner of Fat Tony. Yuri is also at least an occasional customer of Moe's Tavern.
History
Fat Tony once called Moe's to see if Yuri was there. Moe, however, noticed that the name was a sound-alike for "urinator" and thought it was one of Bart's prank calls. Then, to his bewilderment, Tony said later when he told the story to Homer, Moe started "lecturing me like I was some ten-year-old punk." He then ordered Homer to burn down Moe's because of the lecture he received.
