Santa Claus, also known as Kris Kringle, is a run-down man who brings presents to boys and girls.
History
Bart meets him in his run-down office where he explains that Bart can't get his dirtbike because Clausco is broke, even proving that he is eating his own reindeer (specifically, Rudolph). He convinces Bart, and Bart leaves him alone. Once Bart leaves the room, Santa presses a button which brings out things that show he is clearly quite rich.
