When Homer and Marge were at the checkout while grocery shopping, Marge realized she had forgotten to buy tampons. She asked Homer to go get some for her, but he didn't want to because he thought buying tampons was embarrassing. Marge was about to give in and go get them herself when the pharmacy clerk stopped her. The clerk then started singing a song about Homer being incompetent and how Marge had bought many embarrassing products for Homer.
