Dink is Mr. Burns old roommate from Yale.

History

As Burns got into his private car on a train, he says that every friend he met is from Yale. Dink then comes along outside the window and talks to Burns so Burns pulls down the blind to shut him out, implying that he didn't like Dink. He was later seen at the party.

Dink is based on the fictional character Dink Stover who is recruited to Yale to play football in the 1912 book Stover at Yale by Owen Johnson.
