Dewey Jippum is the owner of Jippum & Fleecum Circus.
History[edit]
When Bart wanted to go to the Jippum & Fleecum Circus, Marge told him that they weren't going. Bart then said that he would run away and join the circus. Homer, who had been reading the parenting book Taming Your Wild Child, tried to use reverse psychology and supported his decision to join the circus. Homer took Bart to Dr. Nick and got a fake nose and ears attached to Bart and had Bart sign up to the circus as a freak. However, when Dewey Jippum found out that Bart wasn't over 18, he told Homer that he was responsible for the lifetime contract instead and had Homer sign a lifetime family membership contract so the Simpsons had to visit all the circus' shows.
