A natural architect, Maggie quickly displays a more creative personality than the other children, but is discouraged by her teacher [[Elsworth Toohey]], who believes that everyone should be equal, whether they like it or not. Despite Elsworth's attempts to discourage her by crushing, melting or blowing away every intricate building she builds, Maggie refuses to submit, leading Toohey to put her on trial. Later, Maggie grew up to be a world-famous architect, and one of her buildings became one of the Wonders of the World. She started a Daycare Center on the top floor on a Skyscraper, where every child was free to follow their dream.
