When the statue of Jebediah Springfield started to cry had the Springfield visit by Dr. J. Vernon Pentecost. When Pentecost was going to watching the statue starting it syringe beer instead because Lisa replaced it with water. They found then out at it was as prank by Bart.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
The name is reference to both J. Vernon McGee, a Presbyterian minister known for his radio program Thru the Bible, and Pentecostalism.
