History[edit]

Homer once watched a recording of an old Super Bowl half-time show wherein a news reporter was announcing the wedding for Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man. The ghosts were there too as they danced to the song "Physical".[1]

When Homer joins The Who, he sings a verse from the song "Pac-Man Fever".[2]

When looking at a picture of The Poetess, Lisa told Homer that the yellow circle can represent the sun. Homer thought it could represent Pac-Man at rest.[3]

Comic Book Guy owns a shirt that says "I've got Pac-Man fever, give me a Tetris shot".[4]

At an arcade when Mr. Burns calls Homer a "Fat Round, Yellow Oaf", Homer thought he was referring to the Pac-Man machine he was standing by.[citation needed]

After the electricity gets cut out by Homer at the Conflict of Enemies world championship, Pac-Man is one of the games shown.[5]

When the family joins the couch gag for Christmas, Homer comes in the room as Pac-Man and eats them, when it comes to Ned Flanders, he tries to eat him, just to die due to the invincibility pallet running out.[6]

Behind the Laughter[edit]

Pac-Man has also been spoofed as other game titles in The Simpsons such as Pac-Rat and Prac-Man.
