Dr. Ogden Wernstrom is Professor Farnsworth's nemesis.
History[edit]
He was at a science exhibition and displayed his invention the "Tickle-a-tron" to Mayor Poopenmeyer and sabotaged Professor Farnsworth's invention.
He was seen on the streets of New New York running from Wizard of Oz characters.
