The New York City thief is an unnamed thief in New York City.
History[edit]
When he was pretending to help Homer, he cut a hole in Homer's pants and took his wallet and ran away. He was later seen in Grand Central Station crying when Bart and Mary Spuckler were kissing. As he cried, he was cutting a hole in some man's pants to use a tissue.
