Biff Westwood is a young rock star who looks like Bart Simpson.

When Bart and Lisa were at the Springfield Mall, she discovered that Westwood will visit the store Cee-Dee Cauldron in the mall. Lisa and Bart went to the crowd and started waiting on Westwood, and after two hours without Westwood arriving, the crowd started to become angry and Westwood's manager tries to calm them down. To get to the arcade as fast as possible, Bart dressed himself up as Westwood. When the girls saw him they started chasing him and ripped off his shorts. When Lisa discovered Bart was Westwood, Westwood's manager thanked Bart for the stunt trick as it saved his skin. The manager gave Bart and Lisa two tickets to the night's concert as a thanks. During the concert, Lisa told Bart that she will always remember what Bart did for her, while Bart would rather forget.[1]
