Lucy van Pelt is a character from Peanuts.
History[edit]
Lisa dressed up as Lucy van Pelt for Halloween and Bart dressed up as Charlie Brown.[1]
One of the Junior Camper merit badges Ned Flanders has earned is called "Fussbudgeting". The badge has a picture of Lucy with an outraged expression on her face.[2]
Behind the Laughter[edit]
In the early years of the Peanuts comic strip, Lucy was often called a "fussbudget" by the other characters.
