History

Emperor Joseph II attended an opera by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Mozart's sister, Sally Salieri, wanted to destroy Mozart's career so she put a sleeping potion in Joseph II's wine and gave it to him. When the audience noticed that the Emperor was falling asleep, they assumed it was because he was bored and also acted bored of the opera.

After Mozart died, Sally Salieri went to visit the Emperor to show him her requiem mass. However, the emperor was in his office with Ludwig van Beethoven at the time.
