The Icewalker is an icy creature.
History
After Marge's mother had her skin start to freeze over, Marge and Homer took her to the doctor to find out what was wrong with her. They found out that she had been bitten by an Icewalker. Marge's mother dated the Icewalker, who liked younger women. He asked Marge's mother out again, apologizing for biting her, then walked away.
He was later flirting with a hanging corpse of an old woman.
Behind the Laughter
The Icewalker is a parody of White Walker from Game of Thrones.
