Moulin Huge was to judge art by many art galleries, even though he didn't like art. The one thing Moulin Huge loved was cheese. To get Emperor Moulin Huge to see their art, the students created a giant fake cheese wheel and rolled through the art gallery, causing Moulin Huge to chase after them, eating the wheel. The students then showed the Emperor their art and Moulin Huge awarded Bart the medal.
