Mr. Hoots is a owl that is living at the Springfield Bird Sanctuary.
History
Lisa was visiting the sancturay for look after a Mr. Hoots, a owl that was hurt. When she later was eating lunch at the sanctuary flew all the birds and they had to temporary close the sancturay to it came back and Lisa had to adopt Mr. Hoots so he didn't became food. Mr. Hoots is a prankster and a jerk like Bart and gave Lisa only troubles. When the birds returned to the sanctuary moved he back to them.
