When Bart wanted to go to New York City to see Mary Spuckler, Homer swapped houses, but he didn't swap his, at the risk of vandalism so he pretended to live at Ned's house. The home swapper told Ned to keep talking to his "little friend" because he was going to have sex with his wife on Ned's bed.
