History
When Sideshow Bob under the show was going to explode Krusty he said "soon, you'll be Napoleon Blown-apart". Leo said then it was a terrible one. Bob told him to hush up.[1] He seems to think lowly of The Krusty the Clown Show, saying, when there was mention of it possibly being ruined, that it had already been ruined 20 seasons prior.[2]
Behind the Laughter
Bart refers to him as Louie when searching for Andy Hamilton.[2] It is unknown if this is a nickname, if "Leo" is a nickname, or if they are two separate look-a-like characters.
