Kevin is a man who took Moe and Princess Kemi on a pedicab when they were escaping Homer.
History
When Moe and Kemi were running away from Homer, they hopped on to Kevin's pedicab. Kevin asked where they were going and Moe responded with "Just go and go fast." However, Kevin just began to talk nonsense which infuriated Moe. Eventually, Kevin began pedaling and rode to an undisclosed location in Springfield.
