Mr. Dandy is a candy store manager who works in the candy store Candy Most Dandy and sees Bart, Jimbo, Kearney, and Dolph throwing rocks at the statue of Jebediah Springfield. He yells at them and later joins the mob that tries to kill Bart and Homer. He is later seen running a hotdog stand.
