The persuasive man is a man who is supposedly very persuasive.
History
Homer asked him to get Sideshow Bob to leave town. He then takes a gun and goes to meet Bob in The Aristocrat. He pleads with Bob to leave town but Bob refuses.
He later attended Lisa's town meeting about Lake Springfield shortly before Trappuccino.
