Mrs. Clanlard is the name Arthur Crandall used when he teaching babies to speak.
History
When Marge tell Maggie that she would like that she started talking after a Krusty Burger visitor talk with her kid. Mrs. Clanlard hear Marge's wish and talks with her about Clanlard's Baby Speech Academy and offer the first lesson for free. Marge takes Maggie to Clanlard's Baby Speech Academy where she said her first word, which make Marge to check in Maggie on the education. Maggie starts talking more and more, but Marge is a bit disappointed that she only speaks in the school, Marge itself has now also been started to work as a housekepper to afford Maggie's education. When Maggie playing with Bart he realize why Maggie just talking in the school. Bart takes Maggie to Mrs. Clanlard and confronts her that she is Arthur Crandall which, by ventriloquism mothers believe that he taught the kids to talking. Bart tell him as he had kidnapped his kid, Gabbo and demand the money back for the school if he will see him again. Crandall is really missing Gaboo and paying the money and Bart takes him to the Lisa Burger where Gaboo is.
