Herman is said to be "just like Maynard in Pulp Fiction". herman was also the villain in the episode the springfield connection selling counerfeit jeans in marge's garage. he also got blown by a nuke while offering homer a bomb shelter. herman is a very minor character on the show however he makes frequent background appearances once in a while. herman seems to be very friendly with aberaham simpson. he is also quite friendly with homer as well however in the springfield connection episode he tried to kidnapp him. herman was also meant to be robbed by snake in the simpsons hit and run game however he was not seen though.
