History
Wayne was employed by the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant as a guard. When Snake attempted to rob Moe's Tavern, Wayne intervened, using his CIA agent skills to foil Snake. Later, when Wayne heard that Homer was kidnapped, he helped him.
