- This article is about the character. For the guest star, see Willie Nelson.
Willie Nelson is an American country singer-songwriter, author, poet, actor and activist. He is close friends to Doctor Hibbert since college. He asked Willie to perform a "Phony Awards" show to reconcile the Simpsons. The entire family accepted because they couldn't say no to Willie. He has a comb machine in his house, which often jams when making a hairstyle for him.[1]
His house was turned into Krusty's Clown College, as for the billboard at the entrance that reads "Formerly Willie Nelson's house".[2]
Sebastian Cabot's "Beard Book" has foreword by Willie Nelson.[3]
