Deputy Director Gratman is a detective and the deputy director for the FBI.
History[edit]
After a letter from Marge about Homer's Internet piracy came through to him, he set up a task force to bring Homer in, and told his team to set their guns to kill. A group of soldiers dropped in on Homer's film viewing and arrested him. After Homer escaped and went to the Consulate of Sweden, Gratman got Judas Priest to play the song "Respecting the Law" to drive the family out, but that failed. After Homer found out that Marge turned him in, Homer gave himself up to Gratman.
