Violet is the assistant to Matt Groening.

History[edit]

When Homer and Bart entered Matt Groening's mansion, Groening informs Violet to engage the super-tune defence system. She agrees, but calls him "Mr. Gro-ening" (with an 'o' sound), which Groening corrects. When Violet asks him if he's sure, he's not.

Behind the Laughter[edit]

Violet is based on and voiced by an actual assistant to Matt Groening, N. Vyolet Diaz.
