Robbie Conal is an American artist.
History[edit]
He, along with Ron English, Shepard Fairey and Kenny Scharf congratulated Bart for his street art. He put up a picture of Ronald Reagan and said that even though he had died, he will still carry on. They then gave Bart the idea to make an art gallery.
