Becky Thatcher is a character in a story told by a singing railroad hobo.

History[edit]

When Judge Thatcher caught Becky holding hands with Huckleberry Finn, he forced them to marry each other. During the wedding, Huck escaped with Tom Sawyer, having replaced himself with a pig.[1]
