Mr. Williams is a middle-aged man, with a son and a mother.

History
They can be seen in their house as the Simpsons spy on them, disgruntled over their love for one another, and the comfort the interior radiates. After the man spotted them, he came outside, and tried to shoot the Simpsons. He later reported them to the police.[1]
He attended a Sungazer concert.[2]
