Lady Marjorie was Queen Elizabeth I's Lady in Waiting.
History
Lady Marjorie was with Queen Elizabeth I when she was introduced to her suitors. When Walter Raleigh was introduced to the Queen, Lady Marjorie also showed interest in him. Later, he helped Lady Marjorie when she was struggling with carrying some buckets. Lady Marjorie and Walter Raleigh then started to kiss, but were caught by Queen Elizabeth I.
After Walter Raleigh helped defeat the Spanish armada, Queen Elizabeth I knighted Walter and let him and Lady Marjorie have a life together.

Lady Marjorie is based on Bess Throckmorton.
