Jerry is a lobbyist for a logging company attempting to get a federal logging permit to cut down the trees in Springfield National Forest.
History[edit]
He comes the Congressman Bob Arnold's office in the Capitol Building about cutting down the forest in the United States Capitol. His pitch is fake, with drawings of furry animals eating at tree stumps to try and persuade him to do so. After getting turned down, he tried to offer him a bribe to which they both laugh about. Bob then tells him to call him that night.
Later he and Bob Arnold meet in the early morning at the Winifred Beecher Howe Memorial where he brides Arnold unaware Lisa is watching.
