The blue-eyed man is an unnamed man with blue-colored eyes from Bolivia.

History[edit]

Homer was flirting with his wife when he came along and threatened Homer with a gun. Homer squirted a lemon in his eye, to no avail, then squirted a lime in his eye, causing him pain. Homer then ran away.

Later, at a party, they ran into each other again and he threatened Homer. His wife clubbed him over the head with her shoe and Homer and Marge ran away and hid. He found Homer again and Homer flirted with him, in the same way he flirted with his wife. He then called Marge a lucky woman and walked off, arguing with his wife.

Behind the Laughter[edit]

The character is a parody of Tony Montana, the lead character of Scarface.
