Mrs. Long is a woman who has a husband at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant and a baby.

She attended Mr. Burns' picnic, where she befriends Marge Simpson. They dumped their babies in care of The Happy Little Elves and got some punch. She then sang with Marge.[1]
She was seen amongst the crowd who visited the Leftorium.[2]
She was seen at Moe's Tavern when the Flaming Moe was being served.[3]
She attended the town meeting to decide how to spend Burns' 3 million dollar fine.[4]
